  • DORA Professional and Occupational Licenses in Colorado (data.colorado.gov 7s5z-vewr): https://data.colorado.gov/d/7s5z-vewr. All DORA professions incl. natural medicine facilitators; we keep status Active with an expiration date that has not passed. Prescriptive/sedation authorities are not listed separately.
  • Natural Medicine Division licensee look-up (Colorado Department of Revenue): https://codor.mylicense.com/NMD_Verification/. Healing centers, cultivation facilities, product manufacturers and testing facilities with status Approved. Public lookup only (no bulk file).

What we changed

  • Only active licenses are listed: status Active/Current and an expiration date that has not passed on Nov 5, 2026.
  • Names were converted from upper case to title case and “Last, First” was turned into “First Last”.
  • We publish city, county and ZIP only, never street addresses or phone numbers from the state files. Phone, website and services appear only when the licensee claims the listing and we review it.
